Who is Hogo Work Solutions: Hogo Work Solutions is a tele- marketing centre based in Mumbai , India with the staff of 65 telemarketers. IAUA had engaged Hogo Work solutions to pre-set appointments for IAUA's agents to go and meet customers.

Unfair practices of IAUA:
IAUA has not paid for services we rendered to them from 26 th July through 17 th August 2009. We were not comfortable with the low price they had decided for the appointments we used to set. It was not possible for us to meet the costing so we had asked them on 8 th August to find a suitable call center who can work as per their decided price of $5.5 per appointment. We had assured them that we will serve the notice period of 10-15 days and ensure stable production by the time they transfer the responsibilities to some other call centre. To our surprise, the owners of IAUA namely Mr. Peter Guzzi and Mr. Steve Ginsberg started absconding from that day onwards. We sent them numerous emails to follow up with the status of the telemarketing project and the payment that was pending. But we never got any response. Finally, we had to send them a provocative message that "behave like a gentleman not like a coward, pay the dues“. What we noticed was that Pete Guzzi forwarded our email to an Indian Government official in which he baselessly accused us as terrorists and scammers from India.

We tried to contact few of their agents to know about their whereabouts and it was shocking that agents were also scammed by them. They had collected $195 from about 75-80 agents and promised them 5 appointments a day from our call centre. Whereas IAUA owners knew very well that call centre had employed 10 agents with the capacity to produce maximum total 35-40 appointments per day.
