The Challenge
NK Supply is a company, who are providing Sim Cards of different networks and also maintaining a process of checking the stock count for the supplied Sim cards
There are brief summary of challenges, which the company faced before doing business with us-
The company was used to send a stock for free to all retailers. However, they were not able to keep the exact count of multiple Sim cards sold by retailers for a specific network, like estimation of pending Sim cards and Sim cards in bulk on a regular basis.
We had started working on this project in the year of 2009
The Solution
As per their situation, we have suggested them to hire our telecalling service, where our team calls retailers on daily basis and maintaining count check of a stock correctly. We also give notice to the company about the required one as well as update about the particular unsold Sim card.
Initially, we make an effort to contact every retailer from a list given to us (for different networks) for making counts of Sim card they have. We speak to them for discussing about their most selling areas regularly and where they were unable to sell.
We have examined the business to understand the need of an hour in order to complete needs of the client. The need of the retailer is also an important to make them delighted. Our service is proven beneficial for the business as it is growing better compared to earlier.
The Result
The desirable result is achieved by the right strategy of marketing, which helped the client to enlarge the number of counts at the same time developed business.
